Order Reopened Status in Webhook:
In certain cases where cancellation is attempted and the driver is at fault, we will be attempting to reassign another driver to this Order. In such cases, we will be passing an order_reopened event via webhooks to notify that the order has been reopened and the previously assigned driver will no longer be fulfilling this order.
